Parents' Information
A - BOOKING INFORMATION
After receiving booking confirmation for your child, please note:
- BHSC 2019 day camp application has to be completed.
- We provide optional transportation from your home to the school and vice versa for an extra fee.
- On arrival, we will need the camper or the parents, the camper’s ID or photocopy of passport and 2 passport photos.
B - PAYMENT INFORMATION
The total fees should be included with the completed application form.
- For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods:
- By non-Lebanese Banker’s Cheque (payable to Brummana High School including $10 to cover bank charges on these cheques)
- By cash or any Lebanese Bank’s cheque with no extra charges.

C - INSURANCE
Accident insurance is provided by BHSC2019 to all campers when they are under BHSC SUPERVISION.
- In case of illness, BHSC 2019 secures school doctor’s fees, although any medical treatment is at the parent’s or guardian’s expense.
- A nurse are on fulltime duty and school doctor is always on call.
D - RULES AND REGULATIONS
- MAKING A BOOKING All bookings are made with BHSC 2019 officers at the BHSC 2019 Registration Office.
- No contract exists until the BHSC officers have received a signed Application Form and full payment receipt is issued
- No additions, deletions, changes or promises may be made relating to these conditions except in writing by director of BHSC.
- PAYMENT, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY
- NO REFUND WILL BE MADE FOR ANY REASON ONCE THE PROGRAMME HAS STARTED. If cancellation is made before the start of the session, 50% of the whole payment will be returned.
- No reimbursements are made for late arrivals or early departures, regardless of the reasons unless covered by insurance purposes.
- PARENT’S RESPONSIBILITY
- Damage caused, whether wilful or not, to facilities, equipment, clothing or other property belonging to or leased by BHSC is the responsibility of the camper's parent. Parents will be billed for any damages.
- CHILDREN’S BEHAVIOUR
- Children, while under full supervision of BHSC 2019, are expected to comply with all Rules and Regulations. BHSC absolutely prohibits the use of alcohol and illegal drugs.
- BHSC reserves the right to send any camper home or to his/her parents, if in the opinion of BHSC officers, the child is incompatible with the general well-being of the camp, through his/her negligence of BHSC rules and regulations. In this case, no refund of camp fees will be considered.
- BHSC is not responsible for loss of the camper’s belongings.
- PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS
- BHSC reserves the right to use any photographs, art work, etc, of the campers in any of its future publications.
E - EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMME
BHS offers a Summer Educational Programme for local and foreign students who wish to reinforce their academic skills or develop their language skills. The courses on offer are:
- English as a Foreign Language - Beginner/ Intermediate/ Advanced
- English Writing & Reading Comprehension Skills
- English - IGCSE/AS
- Arabic - for all levels
- Maths - for all levels
- Physics/ Chemistry/ Biology (upon request)
- SAT - Critical Reading/ Writing/ Maths
Students need to sit for placement assessment tests .
The programme runs in 2 sessions from 8 July till 16 August.
Session 1: from 8 July till 26 July.
Session 2: from 29 July till 16 August.
Students are encouraged to complete the two sessions to fully benefit from the courses offered. At the end of each session, students will receive a report on their progress and achievement.
Students who wish to attend both the educational and recreational summer camp can do so by attending the early morning classes and joining the camp by mid-morning.
